All selected hotels are in the centre of Lille at walking distance of a underground station.
"Congress-Pass" will be provided to all participants allowing free transportation in metro and busses from Monday July 6 to Friday July 10, 2009. You may locate them by clicking here or click on hotel name to open its web site.
- Room prices are per room and per night.
- Breakfast is per person and per night (unless indicated as included).
- Local tourism tax is per person and per night.
Rooms will be attributed on a "first registered-first served" basis. Available hotels at the moment of registration will appear in the registration form.
Upon registration, you will be charged with a deposit corresponding to 30% of the Normal rate due for the requested number of nights.
The remaining balance, taking into account potential Week-End rate as well as breakfasts (when not included in room rate) and local tourism tax, are to be paid at the hotel on departure.
Accommodation Cancellation Conditions :
Cancellation requests have to be sent by surface mail, fax or e-mail to Perspectives & Organisation who will send you back an acknowledgement.
- Until June 5th, 2009, reimbursement of deposit will be performed.
- After June 5th, 2009, no reimbursement can be claimed.
