Full and Student registrations include: (students will be asked to provide copy of student card or certificate)
- Access to conferences
- Congress documents (Book of abstracts)
- Invitation to the following social events:
Informal reception on Sunday July 5th
Official reception on Monday July 6th
Excursion (Belgium) on Wednesday July 8th
- Lunches on site from Monday July 6th to Friday July 10th
- Coffee breaks
- Public transportation Congress-Pass (i.e. free transportation on metro and public busses from Monday July 6th to Friday July 10th)
Accompanying person registration includes:

Participants are requested to confirm their presence at the social events included in the registration fee upon registration to the congress.
Reservation Cancellation Conditions :
Cancellation requests have to be sent by surface mail, fax or e-mail to Perspectives & Organisation who will send you back an acknowledgement.
- Until June 5th, 2009, reimbursement of conference fees will be performed (50 EUR are charged for cancellation processing).
- After June 5th, 2009, no reimbursement can be claimed.
